Dr. Tetsuo Yamada is an associate professor in Management Science and Engineering Program, Department of Informatics, Graduate School of Informatics and Engineering at University of Electro-Communications (UEC), Tokyo, Japan. He received a B.S. and M.S. in Communications and Systems Engineering from the UEC, and a Dr. Eng. in research on assembly line systems from the same university. His recent research interests are Management Information, Industrial Engineering, Closed-Loop Supply Chains and ERP system. His papers have appeared in International Journal of Production Economics, Computers and Industrial Engineering, IEEJ Transactions on Electronics and Journal of Japan Industrial Management Association (JIMA). He is a Member of Japan Industrial Management Association (JIMA), Operations Research Society of Japan (ORSJ), Scheduling Society of Japan (SSJ), Society of Plant Engineers Japan (SPEJ), etc.
